What makes Junai’s packaging eco-friendly?
Every Junai parcel is carefully packed in durable corrugated cardboard boxes — sturdy enough to protect your litter bags, yet fully recyclable.
Our boxes are printed with soy-based inks, sealed using plant-derived adhesives, and lined only with recyclable or compostable paper (no plastic fillers or foam).
Whenever possible, we also reuse cartons for local Vancouver deliveries to minimize waste.
Each design choice — from box to seal — reflects our promise to create cleaner homes and a cleaner planet.
How do I use Junai tofu cat litter?
Pour a 5–7 cm layer into a clean litter box. Scoop daily to remove clumps.
Top up as needed — and replace the entire litter every 2–3 weeks for freshness.
For the best results, introduce Junai gradually when transitioning from another litter.
Can I flush Junai cat litter?
Yes — our litter is flushable in small quantities. We recommend flushing clumps gradually and avoiding bulk disposal. Always follow your local plumbing guidelines.
Is Junai litter safe for kittens and sensitive cats?
Absolutely. Junai is made from 100 % natural soy fibers, free from artificial fragrance, chemicals, or dyes. It’s gentle on paws and safe if accidentally ingested in small amounts.
What’s the best way to transition my cat to Junai litter?
Mix Junai litter with your current brand over a few days, gradually increasing the Junai ratio. Most cats adapt quickly due to the natural tofu texture and soft pellet shape.
Can Junai litter be composted?
Yes — after removing clumps and solid waste, unused or spent Junai litter can be composted in municipal or home compost bins (check your local guidelines). It’s made from pure soy fibers — 100% biodegradable and plant-based.
How should I store Junai litter?
Keep your bag tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. Since Junai is plant-based, it can naturally absorb humidity — storing it indoors away from moisture will maintain its crisp texture.
Do you work with retail stores or distributors?
Yes! We’re always open to partnering with eco-conscious retailers and pet boutiques.
If you’re interested, please email wholesale@junaipet.com.
Where do you ship?
We proudly ship across all of North America — including Canada, the United States, and even remote regions like Alaska and Hawaii.
All orders are fulfilled from our Canadian distribution center to ensure freshness and product integrity.
For customers within Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, we often use our own local drivers for faster, low-emission deliveries — one more way we keep things planet-friendly.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
-
🇨🇦 Canada: 2–5 business days
-
🇺🇸 United States: 3–7 business days
-
Remote regions may take a few days longer.
Every Junai parcel leaves our facility in eco-conscious packaging — no unnecessary plastic, just clean and simple materials that protect both your order and the environment.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $59 CAD.
For smaller orders, real-time rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
We always choose the most efficient route possible — balancing speed, cost, and carbon footprint.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and can follow your parcel’s journey right from your Junai account.
If you’re located in the Greater Vancouver area, your order may be hand-delivered by a Junai driver instead of a courier. You’ll receive a text or email confirmation once your delivery has arrived from our local delivery team.
Our local deliveries help reduce packaging waste and emissions — another small step toward cleaner homes and a cleaner planet.
My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please check your tracking link first.
Still waiting? Reach out to hello@junaipet.com — we’ll investigate right away and make sure your cat doesn’t have to wait long.
What if I live in an apartment or gated building?
No problem! Our couriers and local Vancouver drivers can deliver directly to your lobby or parcel room. If you prefer, leave a short note at checkout — such as “buzz #302” or “leave at concierge” — and we’ll make sure your delivery finds its way home safely.
What is your return policy?
If you or your cat aren’t fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Simply email hello@junaipet.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the quick process.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please email us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll send a replacement right away.
Do you refund shipping costs?
For defective or damaged items, we’ll cover return shipping. For preference-based returns, standard shipping fees may apply.
Can I donate unused litter instead of returning it?
Yes! If your cat decides Junai isn’t their favorite, we encourage you to donate unopened bags to a local animal shelter. Once you share a photo or receipt of the donation, we’ll still honor your refund.
