Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These terms apply to all purchases made at junaipet.com, operated by Junai Pet in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or was listed at an incorrect price.
Shipping
We ship to Canada and the United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days in Canada and 3-7 business days in the United States; remote regions may take longer. Shipping is free on orders over $59 CAD within Canada and on orders of $79 CAD or more to the United States. Smaller orders ship at a flat rate of $15 CAD.
Returns and refunds
If you or your cat aren't fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@junaipet.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement. We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items. For preference-based returns, standard shipping fees may apply.
Donating instead of returning
Unopened bags may instead be donated to a local animal shelter. Share a photo or receipt of the donation and we'll still honour your refund.
